Reach Jamie Kentle Directly

Senior Select is Jamie Kentle. When you send a message, it lands with her — not a queue, not a lead form that gets sold off to five agents in three states. That is the whole point of working with someone local instead of a 1-800 number printed on the back of a mailer.

The easiest way to start is email: insuredbyjamiekentle@gmail.com. Write a sentence or two about where you are in the process. Turning 65 in a few months? Just got a letter saying your plan is changing? Helping a parent sort through paperwork stacked on the kitchen table? Any of that is enough to go on.

If you would rather talk than type, say so in the message and include a good time to reach you. We will work around your schedule rather than the other way around.

Turning 65, Retiring, or Rethinking a Plan You've Had for Years

Most people who get in touch fall into one of a few situations. None of them require you to have done any homework first.

  • You're approaching 65. The mail has started arriving and you want a plain explanation of what you actually have to do, and by when.
  • You're retiring and leaving employer coverage. You need to know how the timing works so nothing lapses in the gap.
  • You've had the same plan for years. You want someone to look at it honestly and tell you whether it still fits how you use your doctors and your prescriptions.
  • Your plan changed on you. The annual notice arrived, something is different, and you want to understand what it means before you do anything.
  • You're helping a family member. You're the one making calls on someone else's behalf and you want a person who will explain it twice if needed.

If your situation is not on that list, send the message anyway. Describing it in your own words is usually the fastest way to find out whether we can help.

What Happens After You Reach Out

There is no mystery to it. You write, we write back, and we set up a time to talk it through properly.

  1. You send an email or leave a message with a callback time that works for you.
  2. We ask a few questions — your doctors, your prescriptions, how often you actually use care, what matters most to you.
  3. We go through the options that fit and explain the tradeoffs in language that makes sense.
  4. You decide. If you want to think about it for a week, think about it for a week. Nothing gets signed until you say so.

The conversation itself costs nothing. You are never pressured into switching plans, and if the coverage you already have is the right coverage, we will tell you that and you can go on with your day.

When you do get in touch, it helps to have a few things nearby: your Medicare card if you have one, a list of your current prescriptions, and the names of the doctors you want to keep seeing. None of it is required to start — it just makes the first conversation more useful.

Bring your questions. There is no such thing as one that's too basic.

Start the Conversation

Medicare decisions have deadlines attached to them, and the worst version of this is realizing in January that a window closed in December. If something is coming up on your calendar, it is worth a message now rather than later.

Email Jamie Kentle at insuredbyjamiekentle@gmail.com or call (870) 794-5991. Tell us what you are trying to figure out, and we will take it from there.

Frequently Asked

How do I contact Senior Select?

Email Jamie Kentle at insuredbyjamiekentle@gmail.com or call (870) 794-5991. If you email, include a short note about your situation and a good time to reach you.

Is there a charge for talking with you?

No. The conversation is free. You can ask questions, get an explanation of your options, and decide later — or decide not to change anything at all.

Who will I actually be speaking with?

Jamie Kentle. Senior Select is not a call center, so the person who answers your message is the person who helps you through the process.

What should I have ready before we talk?

Roughly how much coverage you have in mind, details of any policy you already hold, and a general idea of your health history. If you don't have all of that, reach out anyway — we can work with what you've got.

Can I get in touch on behalf of a parent or relative?

Yes. A lot of people who contact us are helping a family member sort through their coverage. Just explain the situation in your message and we'll go from there.

When is the right time to reach out?

Earlier is better. Premiums rise with age and with changes in health, so getting in touch sooner rather than later gives you room to look at your options without rushing.
